Julian, for non latin scripts we are doing a latin transliteration and so are
suppose to do all the ABES partners in France. Look at

If I check the language here, it's Hebrew. I've got a 200$a with a Hebrew title
in hebrew and another one with a Hebrew title in Latin alphabet.

To know what to do, I have to look at 200$6 and 200$7 which are ABES non
standard ways to describe non latin scripts (I like to think we are not using
UNIMARC but ABESMARC).
