TEST PLAN

Start up your koha
choose a patron entry for yourself (assuming you are adminish)
click the take button
pose
click the take picture button
after a short reload, it should be the pose you had and the webcam should be
off.

You want to retake, click the take button again. The notion of keep, retake is
an extra step that is beyond the scope of THIS bug.
