Not detecting camera.  Even when I force the button to show, nothing is showing
when the window comes up.  May need more work.

I also am not a big fan of how to get to this function.  I think it needs to
have a button option in the window where you click Add on the photo.  So you
have the option to upload or take a photo.

I would also not bother with the logic to detect the camera with the button. 
Just have the button, and if the camera is detected, you see an image.  Keep it
simple.
