[Koha-de] koha oldstable 16.05.03, 3.22.13

Hallo,
ich habe jetzt versucht 16.5.5 zu installieren - aber das scheitert, das Paket koha-common wird zurückgehalten...
(Ubuntu ist auf neuestem Stand 14.4.)

hhl at koha-VM-dev:~$ sudo apt-get upgrade
Paketlisten werden gelesen... Fertig
Abhängigkeitsbaum wird aufgebaut.
Statusinformationen werden eingelesen.... Fertig
Paketaktualisierung (Upgrade) wird berechnet... Fertig
Die folgenden Pakete sind zurückgehalten worden:
  koha-common koha-perldeps liboxideqt-qmlplugin liboxideqtcore0
  liboxideqtquick0 libswagger2-perl linux-generic linux-headers-generic
  linux-image-generic oxideqt-codecs-extra
0 aktualisiert, 0 neu installiert, 0 zu entfernen und 10 nicht aktualisiert.

i am confused by versions - I thought that 3.22.x is oldstable release track.
	hkh	Now, after apt-get update I get suggested to upgrade to 16.5.5 which i thought is on track stable:
	hkh	hhl at koha-VM-dev:~$ apt-cache policy koha-common
	hkh	koha-common:
	hkh	  Installiert:           3.22.02
	hkh	  Installationskandidat: 16.05.05.01
	hkh	  Versionstabelle:
	hkh	     16.05.05.01 0

I know that the version numbering was changed this year. But I could not find any doku what are the prerquisits for the Ubuntu packages . Since there is also a 3.22.13 available for download - but apparently not as Ubuntu packages I do not know if 15.5.501 is just a renamer for apackage 3.22.x.
