No offense taken.  And no, the wider spread and formalization of Koha
development is a fairly recent development.

I'll bring it up on our development list -- in fact, I'll just Cc: them on
this email.  I don't think anyone will be available for this trip, I'm
more hopeful for Toronto and Houston.  Being a group of volunteers (mostly
not attached to US libraries) makes this a bit difficult, but we shall
see.
