[Koha-devel] MARC - Koha DB mapping

What do I need to do before I can use the Links koha - MARC DB link on
the Koha Admin page to do my mapping of MARC fields to Koha database
table fields?  Right now this link produces when accessing the page
http://libcat.calacademy.org:8080/cgi-bin/koha/admin/koha2marclinks.pl.
