[Koha-devel] new reports on HEAD

Hi,

i've commited 2 new reports on cvs (HEAD). They are based on a report 
standard structure that could be used to easily extend & create new reports.
NPL : Let me know if the report of issues gives correct results in 
correct times.

PS : no doc yet for the plugin structure, but it will come soon.
