Users, testers and release manager think Koha 2.2.0RC1 is stable enough 
to be used in real world. Some bugs are still here, but none is really 
"dangerous".
As i've said before, i'll release a 2.2.0RC2 (or RC1b, i don't know) and 
plan to release RC as quickly as needed until everybody is OK.

So the right place is in "stable" branch.

(i'm migrating Dombes Abbey today...)
