Terrible. ;-) It prevents anything from the HOWTO ever being included 
in free software until FSF publish a free-software-compatible FDL.

I tried to add qemacs to the list of docbook editors. It has quite a 
nice graphical docbook-mode display (but structure editing is best 
done in xml-mode for now). Unfortunately, that wiki is not editable.
