Thanks for all your work Joshua.

I'd like to throw my name into the ring for this role. I have cleared
it with my boss, and I have the ok to use some of the infrastructure
at work for hosting etc.

For those of you who don't know me, I'm Chris Cormack, one of the
original Koha developers from way back last millenium.
My father is a licensed translator and interpreter and both my parents
were language teachers. So I have a love of languages, and I enjoy the
challenges of dealing with different languages.

My plan would be to investigate what other tools are out there for
collaborative translations, and set up a few for people to test. Then
we can pick one we like. I'm comfortable with git and would have no
troubles pushing patches upstream, or providing a place where the
Release Manager (or Release Maintainer) can grab patches.

I see my role as making it as easy as possible for the translators to
do their work, and thus whatever I do will be to try and make their
lives easier.

Im more than willing to answer any questions anyone might have.

Thanks

Chris
