Oh dear, Google doesn't know it if it's prefixed with define:, so it
must not exist in the English language.

Sure, as long as it doesn't mandate US sense of humour, but I feel
this is starting irrelevant arguments instead of saying which
developers were included in that coding guideline discussion.
