[Koha-devel] mod_perl (was: DBIx::Class stuff)

I don't know if I have either installed.  I might have misunderstood the
use of the ubuntu libapache2-mod-perl2 package.

How would I find out if I have either of those installed.  Are they
apache modules or perl modules?
