[Koha-devel] New bugzilla default assignee for labels

Hi,

Chris Nighswonger has volunteered to be the default assignee for the
label printing component.  Since the previous assignee was
mason.james at liblime.com, which is a defunct address (though not a
defunct person.  Hi Mason!), I've made this change.
