[Koha-devel] 'OpacSuppression' syspref?

hi Folks,

does anyone know what the 'OpacSuppression' syspref does?
"Turn ON the OPAC Suppression feature, requires further setup, ask  
your system administrator for details"

ive grepped thru the latest stable repo , and cant see it refered to  
anywhere other that the sql structures
