Yep,
Thats why I think Zeno was on the right track, run our own one, which
we can tell to follow urls like that, and can also rebuild the index
when the manual is updated.

But instead of swish-e I would suggest xapian.  I don't have time to
set it up though, it will take someone else to actually do it.
