[Koha-devel] [3.0.x] To install Text::CSV::Encoded

Hi to all,

with specific patches for 3.0.x now is important to install the
modules Text::CSV::Encoded.
The patches are:

In my opinion is better to install every perl modules that could be 
used from Koha.
So, is a debian package avaible for this module or do we need to use CPAN ?
