[Koha-devel] Template for RFCs updated

Hello,

it's a follow-up of my yesterday mail about the wiki RFC template: i've
updated the template for RFC.
Now, you can/must also enter the bugzilla number, like this :
|bug=<bugzillanumber>

The number will be transformed into a nice url to the bug itself, just
enter the number (|bug=5420)
