If you'd like to see what to fix to help bring about a general
release, there's a bug progress chart link in the last but one block

At the moment, there are six blockers.  This one needs someone
comfortable with the translations:
4472    img tags in xslt broken after automatic translation

These three are database-related:
4141 	reconcile 3.0.x and HEAD database updates for 3.2.0
4310 	No Migration for budgets from 3.0 to 3.2
4972 	updatedatebase fails to create aqbasketgroups and aqcontract 

And the following two are ASSIGNED:
3536    Checked In item requiring transfer does not consistently ...
3756 	new sys prefs - no way to add a new local use preference
