I have considered nothing, i just see there is a patch that adds a
plugin that overlap with another one, maybe it's worth taking a chair,
have a talk, and choose one ;-)

I just took a look at datatables, and it seems it could be a good
candidate to replace all existing plugins, as it does filtering, sorting
and paging !
(and it's used by openlibrary...)
