[Koha-devel] Separating MARC Framework Structure from Display

Right.  This would let us keep the same underlying MARC structure for all
the records coming in, but put different interfaces on it for different
cataloguers.  The advanced, well-trained cataloguer could see the full MARC
specification, while a librarian or volunteer without cataloging training
could see a simplified screen for entering the kinds of items they're
responsible for.
