[Koha-devel] merge authorities

Hi all,

After suggestions of Janus and Frere Sebastien, I revised the patch for bug 6094 (ModAuthority fix).

This patch now creates records in a new need_merge_authorities table when the pref dontmerge is set to Do not automatically update biblios.  The cron job merge_authority.pl picks them up, applies the merge and marks the records as done (comparable with zebraqueue).
If the pref dontmerge is Do automatically update, the table is just empty.

Advantage of this approach: We do no longer need to discuss where to place the files for merging authorities. All permission and security issues around that are eliminated too.
