[Koha-devel] Adding Loan Period (in hour) for reserve books in Circulation and Fine rules

Hi community,

I'm using Koha 3.2.5. I want to add another column in Circulation and Fine
rules to allow issuing reserve books for 1 hour only. Currently, the Loan
Period is defined in days, I want to add another one for hours/minutes. How
can I do that?
