Hello,

As I proposed a few days ago, i've updated the order of patches statuses.
You'll now see
Needs Signoff
Signed Off
Pushed for QA
Passed QA
Patch Pushed
Does not apply
Failed QA

(usually, the new status is/will just be the status next to the current
one. The two "failure" cases are at the end)
