[Koha-devel] Problems of translation into my language

You need to re-check the instructions you're following (and perhaps
change them) for the install process, as for 3.4.5 version you
shouldn't be running tmpl_process3.pl as it is for the previous
template system. You should be running

perl translate install es-ES

for instance.
