Hie,

What about apache's logs ?
I think Internal Server Error whitout perl error means there is a problem
between Apache and perl.

First, test if you activated Apache url rewrite module : mod_rewrite.
Second, i noticed you have mod_perl installed. Koha does not use it, it may
be a cause.

I think you must find in Apache conf how perl files (*.pl) are linked to
perl executor (/usr/bin/perl).
Look at : http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/mod/mod_mime.html#addhandler
