I scanned your logs.
Your main problem, I think, is :

addbiblio.pl: Use of uninitialized value $result in split at
/usr/share/koha/lib/C4/.pm line 150

I think you defined a autocreation of authorities and that you have a
problem with Zebra server for authorities.

Is it runnning well for biblio ?
