The agenda sounds good to me. 2 questions though:
 * do you think any decision will result from those meetings ? how to
manage decision in a double time meeting ?
 * is there something we should prepare ? (for example, are you
expecting some of us come with ideas/suggestions ? should we put them on
the wiki before the meeting ? do you already have some suggestions ?

thx for organizing this meeting anyway. I think we should have it regularly.
