[Koha-devel] Tax in acquisitions (again..)

I'm still trying to find a solution for the way to handle the tax in acquisitions.
I have made some tests in the master :
Here are my notes :

1.       Prices are saved like it's defined in the vendor : for example if List item price includes tax is set to "no", prices is saved with no recalculation, so tax exclusive. Why not.

2.       Prices rrp and ecost are changing after receipt : it has the same value than listprice before receipt but the same value than unitprice after receipt. Why not, I'm not sure it's a good idea to change ecost but it's not a big problem.

3.       When the tax isn't taking into account as the same way (example: list price is tax inclusive and invoice price is tax exclusive and vice versa), after receipt prices displayed in invoice.pl and parcel.pl are wrong. Tax is added or subtracted one more time. But values are good in database. I'll test this bug (http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=10613) or fill a new bug.

4.       In order, gstrate is not the one defined in the vendor but 0 by default. I can complete this bug (http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=3980) or fill a new bug for this.

5.       In the budget summary, in the home acquisition page, if prices are filled tax exclusive, tax isn't added. But library pay the tax so it should be added in the count. See this bug for this : http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=10613

I see only 2 responses at the list of questions in the koha list : I'm not sure we can do conclusions with this ?
What do you think about those points ?
