[Koha-devel] Fwd: Professional cataloger's interface

I feel the professional cataloger's interface (codename Rancor) has gotten
to the point where we can start thinking about integrating it into mainline
Koha, and I've filed a bug (
http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=11559) with
relevant information and a link to the codebase on Github.

For those unfamiliar with the project, Rancor is a project I am working on
for ByWater and a client of theirs. We're hoping to bring Koha a MARC
editor that is powerful and intuitive for professional catalogers, who are
poorly served by Koha's existing MARC editor.

It has most of the core editing functionality nailed down, with some final
refinements and improvements still needed to get it to production quality.
Please try it out, and put any questions or comments on the bug.
