[Koha-devel] Removal of the prog and CCSR themes in 3.18

Paul,

If you ever happen to move towards 3.18 after its release, you will notice
that the OPAC will use the (currently named) Bootstrap theme. And you won't
have to choose anything, you'll just have a new theme to customize.

If you stick to 3.8, 3.10, 3.12, 3.14 or 3.16, this doesn't apply to you.
This means the maintained stable releases won't have that removed.
