[Koha-devel] UTF-8 work on the 3.20 release cycle

Hi Tomas,

Do you have an idea on when 3.18.x will be branch?
Do you maintain a master + 11944 branch somewhere?
Mine is quite old and I remember you tell me you did.
Does the one on github [1] is the most recently updated?
