[Koha-devel] Proposal - Deal with modules versioning ($VERSION)

Greetings,

I'm for:

(a) removing $VERSION (except from Koha.pm, right?)

and

(e) removing PERL12 (something Galen mentioned)

and

(f) tweaking perlcriticrc for the koha qa test tools to ignore $VERSION (and 
similar variables) rule.
I think it might be something like (haven't had a chance to test):
exclude = Miscellanea::RequireRcsKeywords
