[Koha-devel] Debian 9 support

Ohh... it looks like Patrick Hochstenbach (who works on Catmandu) took it over from Tim Brody. That's promising. 

I haven't tried it but I'd say trying and maybe packaging a post-4.03 version would be a good move.

I understand that you propose to package the older version of HTTP::OAI
(3.27 or 3.28), but wouldn't it be upgraded automatically to the most recent version ?
