[Koha-devel] Give a try to RabbitMQ (background jobs rewrite) - POC!

Hi devs,

I have submited a proof of concept (POC) on bug 22417 (Delegate
background jobs execution).
The idea would be to isolate our background jobs code (the one in the
.pl) into module then use RabbitMQ to process them.
