what I found out till now is that it seems to be related to catmandu
and 2 versions of marc2xml
perl dependencies are "very interesting" ;-)

What is the version of Koha (package koha-common) ?

Debian 5.10.106-1 ? Which name is that (Buster, Bullseye, ...) ?

Did you first run "apt update" ?
