release_tools is the place I guess.

But, I run it on master:

% more translate-errors
misc/translator/po/hy-Armn-opa
c-bootstrap.po:687
misc/translator/po/id-ID-messages.po:3
misc/translator/po/ka-messages.po:3

So I run it again
git diff now shows
-#, c-format
+#, fuzzy, fuzzy, c-format

It is not ready to be widely used I'd say ;)
