[Koha-oz] Koha: document delivery and inter library loan

There was a koha developers meeting this morning.  Some discussion 
occurred around document delivery, which Kyle Hall from ByWater 
Solutions (USA) is working on.  I thought I'd share a couple of links 
here to bring you up to date on how a couple of gaps in Koha are 
currently being addressed.  I hope some find this interesting.
