[Koha-patches] [PATCH] Bug 5172 - prefer 'other name' over 'first name' if available.

I too prefer Chris' explanation and usage as we use it with Kids who their
Parents are using a "Legal name" but they have a go by name that is
americanized.  The kids don't recognize their Legal names usually...
