[Koha-translate] RE: Translation to Tetun language

Thanks Joshua thats brilliant. Im working with the fledgling Library 
Association in East Timor and hope to implement Koha widely here as 
everything is in its infancy, certainly LMS packages. A package in Tetun 
will be a godsend as I see local staff struggle with the English and 
Portugese versions of their LMS (if they have one).
Hope to have some strings ready for uploading soon.
