Are there really 2700 new strings? What has happened, then? Seems like a 
totally boost of new functions? (1093 strings is what _we_ have in opac 
from 3.0).

... and what about staff, then? Firstly, I can't see them on that page, 
but most importantly: What are the changes like there?
