Koha template will result in the "fuzzy" flag to be set by koha tools.

That's why, you can have x00 fuzzy strings between 3.0.0 and 3.0.1 (for 
example)
The tool is very careful (in fact, it is stupid and it knows it is), so 
add a space, or a capital, or move a string => fuzzy set, just in case 
something must be changed.
