[Koha-translate] about french strings in .po

Could this be done before 3.0.? We want to translate it all (to 
Norwegian bokmål and Norwegian nynorsk) I have tried to take a look at 
the strings with my limited knowledge of French, but it would certainly 
be easier if they were converted to English :-)
