Hi

As far as I'm aware version 2.2.9 hasn't been translated, but many
more languages have been translated for Koha 3.0
And the OPAC has been partially translated into Farsi, but not the
librarian interface.
The release maintainer is planning a string freeze for the 3.0.1
release shortly, and after that is the ideal time to start
translating.
I plan to have a new http://translate.koha.org site ready by then. It
will be using pootle you can check the test site out at
http://pootle.workbuffer.org/

Ill send an email to the list when its up and running.

Chris
