[Koha-translate] Question about error when adding a Thai title to Koha 3

Apologies if this is the wrong place to ask this.  Trying to set up  
for Thai language.  Successfully changed users' interface, but cannot  
enter a title in Thai.  This looks like a font and/or config. problem,  
but we don't know where to start.  Any suggestions or, better,  
experience with Thai in Koha would be welcomed.
