[Koha-translate] Koha-translate Digest, Vol 46, Issue 4

Hello,
Where can I find the Thai translation to use in Koha 3.2 beta and how  
does one install the language?   A URL or two would be appreciated.   
Sorry.  I've looked, but must be missing it.
