[Koha-translate] How to upload a revised file?

Hello all,

My login is jobdrb, I did a revision for a .po file (Brazilian Portuguese),
and now I want to upload. But, the system say that "I could no upload a new
file, because I dont have rigths".

who can give me the rigths?
