[Koha-translate] Account Problem

[Job]

Last year, I start to help the Koha Translation for Portuguese - BR.
I did some work and publish, unfortunately I got an  Repetitive Strain
Injuries in my arm,
and I could not stay working on.

Now I return to work, but when  I try to Login in Koha Pootle, I discover
that my account disappear,
with that all contributions history, rights etc.

I make another account, but.

Can someone explain me what happens to my old account?
