Koha hasn't yet begin to be translated into Icelandic. You can take in
charge the project if you will. I have few questions for you:

Is Icelandic language spoken elsewhere than in Iceland? Do you think
that regional versions of Icelandic may be required in the future?
Icelandic from Iceland, Icelandic from USA, etc.

Do you have a Koha instance up and running? It may be very useful to
test locally your translation before and between Koha releases.

Would you mind beginning by first translating only the OPAC interface or
do you want to start translating both Koha interface, OPAC and staff
interface? Staff interface translation is a huge work. Koha 3.4 version
is due soon (April?) It will include a new templating system and so the
translation machinery will change and the translation will have to be
redone. I don't recommend you start now translating 3.2 staff interface
strings.

Thanks.
