[Koha-translate] Bug 3013

I have a request to include bug 3013 in the 3.2.10 release. Since this
is most likely the final release of the 3.2.x branch, I wanted to put
it up for a "vote" on the translation list. It looks like it will
require some translation work between now and the 15th if we include
it.

So, what say ye? Do we include it or not?
