[Koha-translate] Can't locate C4/TmplTokenType.pm in @INC

now it works and my fault was, You have first to



perl Makefile.PL

make
make test
make install

and then

cd /usr/share/koha/misc/translator
[export ...]
perl translate install xy-XY
